RevOps, rebuilt with AI.
I build GTM systems for growth-stage teams and funding-backed portfolios: strategy, industry-leading CRMs, and the AI automation layer underneath.

Territory and headcount model
Stratus · Used by the CRO and CFO
A single-file planning model that turns a revenue target into a hiring plan, then grades how much of its own answer you should trust. Five sales structures, an inverse solver, and a trust ladder over all 36 inputs. 4,579 lines of vanilla JavaScript, no libraries.

About
6 years in RevOps across services and SaaS. Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certified. Based in Phoenix.
I build the revenue systems companies use to compound, not another dashboard. The work cuts across strategy, the CRM stack, and the AI automation layer underneath.
Most of my time is spent inside that stack: the tools around it and the AI agents now sitting between them, turning messy, human processes into something a team can actually run. Growth-stage teams and funding-backed portfolios get the same thing: leverage, not dashboards.
I've led a services-to-SaaS transition from the inside, run the CRM restructure that made it work, and ship internal tooling with Claude Code as a daily build partner. I care about craft, restraint, and shipping the thing.
Operating mode
High agency. A bias toward action.
Most of my work is compression: collapsing weeks of scoping, alignment, and handoff into a working prototype that makes the next decision obvious.
